Worst service I've ever experienced! I was having my escalade looked at so I figured no better place then Cadillac service center made an appointment took it in they had it 10 days before they even looked at it. I had to keep calling them to see what was going on or if they had any updates for me. I should have just taken my escalade to Jim Norton in Broken Arrow like I do my other trucks.

The local sales team was easy to work with. The national Internet sales person, Sam, was misleading and had an accurate information about the vehicle.
